 I love your website and I sit for hours reading all about COFI, CODI, MTA, etc... I love learning about Real Estate and Mortgages!!!!  But I want to be sure that the numbers and rates you are showing are comparable to California.   

I haven't found any other web sites that covers these programs as thoroughly as you.  GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!!!! KEEP IT GOING!!!!!!!

Hi Rebecca, I own my home!  I could not have done it without you. Thank you for calling in response to my inquiry on the Internet.
