I just spoke to Patrick Skulley and the date is set. July 3rd at 4 pm is the time. He is ordering the pay off with my current lender and they are literally neighbors so that should be quick. I think that's everything. Hello again Jen, I got my first bill and the numbers all lined up!!! I'm sure that you were confidant with that, but for me I can now breath a sigh of relief and start enjoying the HUGE amounts of newly freed up money. As far as my Dad. He's got At&t broadband and they are switching over to comcast....that's the only thing that I could think of being the communication problem. But he seems to get my emails just fine.

I started today: The folks at Capital Title thought COFI loans come from Brazil! They were amazed at my interest rate. Said it was the lowest they had ever seen. One of them said she will be on the net tonight checking you out. She is currently paying 7%! She lives in my City also. This response is so universal in my experience that it begs the question: Why don't you advertise? Perhaps you do and I am simply unaware of it. Anyhow, I am simply delighted, although the closing cost were somewhat higher than anticipated; now I know why. Give my best to Jen and Greg as well. AAMI made
the loan process very easy with the ability to correspond via fax and e-mail. Jennifer, I'm so happy
that all of my "quirks" were taken care of. I had a last minute scare, but
all went well. Rebecca returned all my phone
calls and answered all of my many questions concerning your COFI loan. She was very
efficient. Greg, Jen and
Jessica, As you know, I just settled on my refinance at Bruce Kent's office.
We had a nice talk and things went smoothly. I want you guys to know that you have
been a real big help in this part of my life. I can't tell you enough how much you
guys mean to me as far as business and good advice and just generally listening to me when
I've been upset over this whole situation. I know that the Lord is going to bless
